PolyGlide Ice Warranty

We provide a 90-Day Installation & Satisfaction Warranty covering any defects in workmanship or materials discovered upon delivery or during initial use. Defective products will be repaired or replaced within 30 business days of claim approval.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover loss, theft, damage from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, improper storage, or exposure conditions beyond our recommendations.

Minor scuffs, marks, or specks are considered commercially acceptable.

Color-matching on reorders is not guaranteed. Customer is responsible for return shipping; PolyGlide Ice covers outbound shipping on valid claims.

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

PolyGlide Ice provides a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects leading to breakage under normal skating use.

*5-Year Panel Guarantee – ¼" thick panels
*12-Year Panel Guarantee – ½" thick panels

*Panels are guaranteed to maintain performance for their intended use during the guarantee period, provided they are installed and maintained properly.

Rink Expansions

Expansion orders must be placed within 90 days of the original purchase to ensure proper fit and connections.

Orders placed after this period cannot be guaranteed to match existing panels in fit or surface wear.
