Please note that shipping costs for any shipped item are non-refundable. For items returned that qualified for free shipping, the refund will be the item price minus our actual shipping costs. Promotional offers may be adjusted due to returns, cancellations, or exchanges. 

Free shipping offers are valid for the contiguous United States.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world with most items shipping from our three US fulfillment centers. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Larger items are dimensional-based and will be calculated based on the shipping box.

Typical Estimated Transit Times: 

UPS Ground:  2-5 Business Days (48 contiguous states). AK and HI: Delivery can take up to 21 days.

UPS 3-Day: 1-3 Business Days (non-guaranteed service)

UPS 2-Day: 1-2 Business days

UPS Overnight: 1 Business day
