Return / Credit Policy
Return/Credit Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns of any "new, unaltered and unused condition" product when notified within 15 calendar days of delivery. At our sole discretion, if notified after 15 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. Must not be a special order or a custom order. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Store credits and/or refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee plus any occurred shipping charges for returned items that are not damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
