Return / Credit Policy
Return/Credit Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns of any "new, unaltered and unused condition" product when notified within 7 calendar days of delivery. At our sole discretion, if notified after 7 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. Must not be a special order or a custom order. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Store credits and/or refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee plus any occurred shipping charges for returned items that are not damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
